Math Trick - Age

Impress your friends with this math trick. Ask the friend to do steps 1-6 on a calculator or piece of paper. Then ask for their result. With the result, you can tell them their age.

1. Pick a number, any number between 1 and 9
2. Multiply this number by 2
3. Add 5
4. Multiply it by 50
5. If the person has already had a birthday this year add 1758. If they haven't, add 1757.
6. Subtract the 4 digit year that they were born.

RESULT: You should now have a number, the first digit(s) being your original number and the last two the person's age!
